1. Program Overview

HomeBridge™ is a voluntary, subscription-based assistance program that provides limited moving, storage, and relocation support services. This program is not insurance and does not guarantee full reimbursement of losses.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for services:

  • You must be an active subscriber for at least 60–90 days

  • You must provide valid documentation of eviction or qualifying relocation

  • Coverage is limited to $800 per 12-month period

  • Services may be used once per year

3. Limitation of Liability

HomeBridge™, Cabos Worldwide, Helping Humanity, and all affiliates:

  • Are not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings

  • Do not guarantee condition or safety of stored items

  • Utilize third-party vendors for services

By enrolling, you agree to assume all risks associated with moving and storage.

4. Storage Terms
  • Standard Plan includes 1 month storage

  • Pro Plan includes up to 2 months storage

After the included period:

  • You are fully responsible for all storage fees

5. Abandonment & Ownership

If payment is not made:

  • After 31 days of non-payment, and after proper notice is given:

    • Property is considered abandoned

    • Ownership transfers to Helping Humanity & Cabos Worldwide

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispose

  • Donate

  • Sell stored items

6. Notice Policy

You will receive notice via:

  • Email

  • Text (if consented)

  • Last known address

Notice will include:

  • Payment due

  • Deadline

  • Consequences of non-payment

7. Texas Legal Compliance

This program complies with Texas Property Code, including:

  • Minimum 30-day storage notice requirements

  • Right to reclaim property upon payment of fees

Failure to follow proper procedures may result in legal action.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless:

  • HomeBridge™

  • Cabos Worldwide

  • Helping Humanity

From any claims related to:

  • Property damage

  • Loss

  • Service issues

9. Electronic Consent

By enrolling, you agree that:

  • Electronic signatures are legally binding

  • You consent to receive documents electronically

This complies with the UETA and ESIGN Act.

10. CAncellation Process

If you wish to cancel your Homebridge Eviction Program, then simply write us an email stating you wish to cancel or mail us a letter requesting cancellation of your program. We will cancel your payments immediately and refund you 30% of your total payments if you never used the service for an eviction.  You can email us at info@helpinghumanity.net or write us at:

11. Program Changes
